Welcome to DreamHouse2Creations. By purchasing from our shop, browsing our products, or interacting with our content, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

DreamHouse2Creations is a luxury handmade décor shop owned and operated by Christina Fonagy. We offer handcrafted wreaths, swags, garlands, centerpieces, and decorative accessories. Due to the handmade nature of our designs, no two items are exactly alike.

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional processing time. Estimated ship times will be communicated at checkout or via direct message.

Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via the platform used to complete your purchase.

3. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we cannot guarantee cancellation, especially for made-to-order or custom items.

In the rare event of an item arriving damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and packaging evidence so we may assist with a resolution.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, even if included in the price of the item. Shipping is calculated into your purchase total and is paid to third-party carriers.

4. Custom Orders

We are pleased to offer personalized and custom designs. All custom order requests must be approved and paid in full before production begins. Design approvals, processing timeframes, and final sale terms will be outlined prior to confirmation.

5. Product Variations

Due to lighting, device screen differences, and the handmade process, colors, textures, and floral placements may vary slightly. Each item is uniquely crafted and may contain small differences that add to its charm and character.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photographs, branding, and content featured in our shop are the intellectual property of DreamHouse2Creations by Christina Fonagy. Reproduction, resale, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

DreamHouse2Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Décor items are for indoor or protected outdoor use unless otherwise specified. Keep all decorations out of reach of children and pets.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our shop or services constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
